WILL DRAW : Original characters, humanoids, humans, anthro fursonas, slight gore, suggestive art, NSFW*, self inserts, fan characters, yumeships, slight artistic nudity, masc/fem/andro characters, fanart. * (NSFW has special rules, look at the bottom of this section for further info.)

  WON'T DRAW : Realism, real pets, (scenery) backgrounds, extreme gore, depictions of hate speech, mechas, landscapes, vehicles nor buildings.

  WILLING TO NEGOTIATE : Overtly detailed designs, customs, feral/quadrupedal fursonas.

  PROCESS : During my work on the commission I will provide watermarked sneak peaks to showcase the progress, that way we can easily adjust whatever that is necessary during the process.

  ADJUSTMENTS : To ensure the client will be happy with the result, I take feedback during the process and will allow adjustments, however, I am in my right to deny or negotiate any modifications I believe to be too large or significant if they are to show up at a late point in the piece (example: major changes in outfit or pose being requested when I have already lined and painted the piece.) Another important detail is that I will only allow a maximum of 5 adjustments* before charging extra for further changes. The fee for any extra changes will range from $5 USD (or the equivalent to it in any of the currencies I work with) to $10 USD based on how big the changes are. (*: You can make as many suggestions as you want but it will only count as an adjustment if I accept said suggestion and actually act on it, which I will communicate and let you know how many free adjustments you have left.)

  TURN AROUND TIME : The TAT is personalized with each commission since often these have varying levels of complexity but, in the price section there'll be an estimate for each kind of commission with a single full body character in mind. Two important things to note: The clock begins to run the moment the first half of the commission is paid and only business days count towards the TAT.

  CLARITY : To ensure there are no misunderstandings that might lead to a stressful time for either of us, let's make sure there is complete and utter clarity when going over the details of what it is being asked for, from my side i will do everything in my power to make sure i am as clear as possible when talking about anything ranging from the drawing process, the sneak peeks, the deadline, the payment, any technical difficulties, extra charges, etc.

  METHOD OF PAYMENT : As of now I am able to accept payment through PayPal (USD, AUD, CAD, EUR and GBP), Ko-fi (Same currencies as before) and Discord Nitro, these go in order of preference. When it comes to PayPal I will only share my "@tag" or a link through the Send and Receive options, I WILL NOT PROVIDE MY EMAIL as that could potentially put my account on risk, make sure you don't share that information either!

  PAYMENT : Any and all commissions are paid using the 50/50 method, this means that I as for one half of the payment after the concept sketch and the second half before I finish the piece as a whole. This is not up for debate, I use this method to ensure we can both stay safe during the commission. And as kind and sweet as it is to have so much trust given to me, I do not prefer full upfront payment, no matter if it's by a returning client or a first time buyer.

  POSTING THE ART : By commissioning me you are giving me permission to have the art you commissioned posted on my socials, portfolio and page for others to see WITH EXPLICIT CREDIT BACK TO YOU but, if you do not wish the art you commissioned to be shared in my media for any reason let me know and I will respect that, however if you don't state otherwise I will see myself in the whole right to share it with the proper credit. Likewise, by working with you I am in full acknowledgement that my art might be shared in my client's socials, which I am perfectly fine with as long as credit is given and there are no attempt to claim yourself as the creator of my work.

  REFUNDS : I do not offer refunds unless I find myself unable to make or finish the piece I have promised. The percentage to be refunded will greatly depend on how advanced I am in the commission but at the very minimum you will recover 50% of your payment.

  LICENCING : My art is for personal use ONLY, you are, however, free to turn it into little keychains, prints, stickers, etc. for yourself after asking for my EXPLICIT consent, any and all commercial use is strictly prohibited. I am not interested in selling the commercial rights to my art. Likewise I do not consent to my art being used to feed generative AI of any kind, I WILL report you if that's a possibility I have.

  AGE VERIFICATION : I will not provide any information, examples, discuss topics or draw anything unless the client provides some form of age verification, this can be via an ID or license, no other form of documentation or proof will suffice. I do not need to see the whole thing, you don't have to show your face or any other information in the ID/License, please censor everything but your date of birth. Likewise if you request it I can give you proof of my age via my ID, I am perfectly comfortable doing so.

  DO'S AND DONT'S : I will not disclose these in here as to not discuss explicit topics publicly. You will have to message me directly (you are certain to receive an almost immediate answer if you reach out through Discord, that is my main method of communication and contact). I can only give a vague answer: I am very flexible and accessible, I am open to many topics, only excluding some that are morally incorrect, illegal or personally uncomfortable for me (there is only three things that fall under this last category.)

  EXAMPLES : Only way to find examples of this kind of art is via direct message.

  STYLES AVAILABLE : Only style A and style C are enabled for NSFW commissions, I am not comfortable using style B for this kind of work, it's not negotiable.

  NSFW FEE : These kind of commissions cost an extra 60% of the price, which is to say: If you buy, for example, a "Flat color" + "Full body" in style A it would be $55 USD (base price for that kind of commission) + $33 USD (60% of $55 USD) and come to a total of $88 USD. This applies to ALL commissions of NSFW nature, only exceptions are suggestive works which cost only the base price, no extra fee.

  SPECIAL FEE : This only applies in special cases where it is required that I use the likelihood of the client themselves (I'm talking about real pictures). Faces and clothed references aren't subject to this fee but, if nudity or suggestivity is present: First, you need my EXPLICIT consent before sending anything of the like or even requesting such a thing, I am willing to see and work with these references but I still entitle myself completely to the right to deny any requests. Second, as mentioned there is a fee attached to this service, the fee applies per unit, that is to say: the client has to pay the fee multiplied by the amount of pictures sent. The fee is $20 USD per image. So, for example, if 3 images are sent then that means the client has to pay $20 USD x 3 ($60 USD).

  DECENCY : Working on this kind of content is NOT an invitation for flirty, explicit or vulgar behavior directed at me, I will only give two warnings before completely ending our deal. I am not afraid to report this kind of behavior and I will not give second chances.

  CLIENT'S RIGHT : I hold myself to the same standard as I do my clients. I do not see this kind of work as an invitation to flirt, be explicit at or engage in vulgar behavior towards my client. My client the absolute right to end our deal within reason (aka inappropriate behavior from my part), if I cross any boundaries please feel free to communicate it to me or report my behavior if I act incorrectly even after being warned. It is NOT what I have in mind but I still want to be transparent and let you know I am not above consequences.
